Free Shipping Over $200

Kinetik Cycles offers FREE SHIPPING on orders over $200 (before tax) to major Canadian Cities. This applies to about 90% of our products except stuff we do not ship: complete bikes, bike frames and trainers.

* Please note: Some of our brands are ineligible for Canada or US shipping and available in-store only.

 

7-Day Returns Policy

Sometimes shopping online goes off the rails. We totally get it. If you made a mistake and ordered the wrong size or the wrong colour, even the wrong product, not to worry. We offer a 7-Day Return Policy from the date your item was delivered. Here's how we handle returns. First we only accept returns on new, packaged and unused products. Buyers are responsible for paying return shipping fees unless we are at fault. Refunds will be issued back to you in the form of a Store Credit Only minus your shipping charges if your order was over $200.

Please note products displayed as On Clearout, Special Deal, Electronics, Helmets as well as Bicycles are Final Sale and cannot be returned. Please contact our office at [email protected] to get the process started for your return.

Wrong Item or Defective

If you receive a defective item or the wrong product please email us at [email protected]. It's important that you contact us within seven (7) days of order receipt and give us all the details so we can start the process for your return. We'll generally ship a replacement item as soon as the original item is in transit back to us via our shipping carrier. Alternatively, you can place a new order and send us the return. This mean your order gets processed before we run low on stock and you'll get it faster. Once everything settles you'll receive a store credit for items returned in a new, unused condition.

 

Damaged During Shipping

Boxes sometimes get damaged in transit particularly bulky ones. If this happens and your order was bashed-in call us immediately. We'll need everything documented to file a claim with our shipper and approve your refund. Take pictures with your mobile phone and email them to us, and show us all the paperwork.  Behind the scenes we will work as quickly as we can to send you a brand new product as we want the whole process to be as smooth and as hassle-free as possible.
